Bruce has been a professional Real Estate Agent for more than a thirty years. He has experience working with new construction, land, commercial real estate, as well as residential buying and selling.

Licensed Broker in Utah and Idaho since 1976.
He has served of the President of his local Board of Realtors and received the Realtor of the Year award. He has consistently been among the top producers in his field for over 30 years.

Co-Owned and managed successful retail businesses in Southern Idaho

Bruce also has been involved in the development and marketing of Planned Unit Developments in Idaho, Utah and Nevada. He was the on-site marketing broker for one of the first model home development in Idaho, He has since assisted in the marketing and development of a number of communities in Utah, Idaho and Nevada.

Bruce has natural people skills and loves to assist homebuyers in finding that dream home. He works hard to fill the needs of all he works with and always makes the sometimes difficult journey, pleasant and profitable. Hundreds of home owners have been moved to a better place with his help.

Bruce was educated in Provo, Utah at Brigham Young University. He is married to his beautiful wife June, an Idaho native who is employed as a psychologist. They are the parents of 2 sons and 2 daughters and 10 grandchildren. He enjoys the out of doors, helping his sons with various building projects, reading and time with the grandchildren. Bruce and his wife are actively involved in Church service and community affairs.
